Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex husband filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Will this affect child support that I am receiving now? What should I do?

If he is current in his payment do nothing. It should not stop. If he is not current you really need to discuss the matter with a competent bankruptcy attorney, who is familiar with family law matters.
