How can you incorporate the necessary language to prevent international kidnapping in divorce papers? I have heard about the Hague Convention but how do I have to specifically mention it - how does it work?

Its provisions do not need to be set forth - they are the law. You can provide restrictions on a parent's ability to take a child out of the country in the judgment, if you wish.
