Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Have joint custody of my 3 kids however our parenting agreement clearly said we both shall be on agreement regarding education religion etc and of course we go half with everything regarding the kids however she moved and change the kids schools without telling me, she wait until the first day of school to give me address and the name of the school, now she wants me to pay half of the tuition ( according to our agreement we go half) but I refuse since she failed to tell me anything, now she wants to take me to court for the money. My question is what are my chances to win this in court?

Without reviewing the exact language, it is difficult to advise you. It is also not appropriate to give you odds of winning. If you are in front of a judge who is sympathetic to your position, and the language supports your position, then you may well win. If you are in front of a judge who may read the language more "liberally" then you may lose. There is also the variable of how you present the argument. If it is presented professionally and without too much emotion, the judge will listen. If you yell and scream about how she did not do something, you may lose. There are many variable that effect the out come.
