Joint Parenting Agreement

If your child is unhappy in gong with the non-custodial parent and there is an agreement ordered; can you stop visition. We have been to mediation, and it is not working.

Visitation can be stopped only if the parent is a "serious endangerment" to the child. This is far more serious than just an unhappy child...more like a child abuser or a violent felon. Can anything be done to improve the relationship between the child and non-custodial parent? That's where I'd spend my attention. My experience is that if this really does continue eventually the non-custodial parent will just drop visitation because who wants to be with an unhappy 13-year-old (or whatever age).
