What legal rights does a husband(father of 3) have in the divorce from his wife caught cheating on him at work??? she has admitted to it -I have cell phone bills with proof.she also spoke of it with our marriage counselor.

He has the right to pay the cellphone bill. The courts on not interested in marital misconduct when dissolving a marriage. When children are involved only misconduct involving the children is relevant to issues of custody. Child support will be 32% regardless.
