Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in illinois. I was never married to my son's father. He hasn't made a child support payment in a year and has only seen him 2 times in a year and a half. Can I have his rights taken away?

if you have an order for the father to pay child support, you need to ask the court to enforce that order. visitation has nothing to do with paying child support.
