Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i live in illinois . my support payments for my 3 children in the divorce was 1339.00 set by the court. the state raised my payments to 1600.00. is that legal?

The state does not raise support a judge - be it administrative or judicial raises your support. It also may have been increased if you fell behind.
