if the marrige license is lost and need one in USA, do you think we can get remarried and get a license in usa

If you are saying that the place where you got married does not have a record of your marriage, then it would seem you could remarry in order to obtain license, but I would check with the agency that is requiring proof of your marriage is that will satisfy their requirements.
