Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I currently pay child support and half medical, school, etc from my first marriage. I had another child a year ago and recently my fiancee just lost our second child together at 7 months. We now have over a half a million dollars in medical bills from neonatel stay, had no insurance at time of birth (long story). Can I reduce my child support in any way. We can't financally afford all this right now.

The simple answer is no. Expenses of a second family are not a basis for a modification of support for the first family. If you are faced with such bills, you have other remedies available to you, such as a Ch 7 or Ch 13 bankruptcy.
