Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Petition to enroll

I am trying to find out how to petition to enroll my Illinois court cases to give Georgia jurisdiction. Tjis is in regards to my daughter whom I have full custody. I was told this is something I could do without retaining a lawyer.
