Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Questioni was married in nevada and my husband decided that he wants to go back to his country. I live in Illinois, and he told me he was gonna divorce me. Can he do that without my signature, How can i find out if i am still married?

Yes - your signature is not required for him to obtain a divorce, or for you to get a divorce from him. You would have to check the court records of his country, or assume he did not and get a divorce here/
