Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

What are my rights

I recently found out my husband was having an affair with my 14 year old daughters girlfriend's mom. We are in the inital stage, about two weeks into this whole mess,of getting a divorice. He is bringing the kids over to his girlfriend's house, taking the kids out with his girlfriend's kids and her for ice cream, and having his girlfriend write letters to my daughters explaining their relationship and how it happened. I have made it perfectly clear that I don't want the kids to have a relationship with her during the divorce process, he agreed. Yet, he continues to do this behind my back. By the time I find out, it is already done. My attorney has called and told them not to do this, it is inappropriate behavior. Do I have any other options/recourse. Again, two weeks ago, life was normal...as far as the kids and I were aware. The affair and divorice has all just come into the open. We need time to digest it. Anything I can do legally to put a stop to this. Once the divorice is finally, and the kids want I relatinship with his girlfriend...that's fine. Right now I feel they are being used as pawns to make his future life easier and more accepting to the kids and community. Thanks.

Re: What are my rights

You should be working with your attorney and seeking answers from him/her. If you are not receiving answers from your attorney about what, if anything, can be done, then find a different attorney.
