Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My roommate has a nine year old daughter and I have a 3 month old son. Is it illegal for them to share a room?

No - there is no LAW about such things. I may not be in the 9 year old's best interests to do so, as she should have her own room, but we do not live in a perfect world.
