Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my son has been living with a woman for 2 yrs now. She has 3 children from 2 other men, the youngest child being 7. My son and she are now getting and she has never gotten any child support from either father. If this marriage doesn't work out down the road, will my son be responsible for paying child support to her since he married her? I live in KY and they live in Illinois.

If you are asking if you son, as the non-father of the three kids, may have to pay child support for those kids if you son and the woman separate, unless your son adopts the child, he will not have to pay child support. Whether he may have to pay maintenance, formerly known as alimony, can not be answered without an analysis of what he and she earn
