Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Unconested Paperwork-Add Addendum - yes or no?

My Husband has had ''Uncontested'' divorce papers prepared through a divorce form company which he is plannin on filing in court. Originally, I was in agreement with the terms - but with thorough reading I have submitted to him an addendum with specifc requests on specific points. Specifically, a vehicle which was purchased during the marriage which has been in my possesion for the last two years (during seperation) for transporting of our son and other practical needs. I have soley paid with my income and financial support that the father provides - the insurance, vehicle payment, maintence and any other needs. I asked that the vehicle remain in both our names until it is payed off (should anything heappen to me) and that he only be required to contribute a 10.00 differenc a month towards the vehcile insurance. He has agreed to the 10.00 more a month but refuses to keep the car in his name and has threatened to stop all financial support if I do not sign the paperwork as is. This puts my financial obligations in jeapordy and truly wonder if what he is suggesting is legal. Please, Please, help with this question as soon as someone can.

Thank you!! & Please again!!

The auto's title holder will be legally responsible for all expenses such as repairs and insurance. The loan is different. Whoever signed for the loan is still responsible.
