Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Will county Illinois. She filed OP, then divorce when I came to answer false OP. Since, she moved to Michigan (With permission) as did I. When I picked up my things from vacated residence met her ex roommate who witnessed abuse and neglect. Don't know what to file to get my children so they are safe. CPS IL won't help, children in Michigan. MI CPS won't help, allegations and jurisdiction is IL. She gets 55% of net so I cannot afford lawyer. HELP! I don't know where else to turn.

It is too bad that you can not afford a lawyer. You need one. Sometimes people find a way to hire an attorney when the problem is meaningful enough, if I were you, I would find a way. Good luck.
