Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois

FMLA wrongful termination???
Today 10/24, I was terminated by mail for failure to call in for my FMLA, this realy jepordizes my job history and relialiabilty standing. On 10/10 I recieved a notice dated 10/01 and post marked 10/08 that I would of exhausted my FMLA on 10/08 and would have voluantarily resigned if i did not return to work by 10/08. This is not the first time that I have taken FMLA and have suffered after i have returned from leave, Ie disiplinary procedings and such any way is there any way that I can fix this problem and clear my good record
