Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Auto Repair

I was charged for services to repair my vehicle but the vehicle was not fixed for the problem it was taken to shop for. The service location didn't have me sign any documents to authorize repairs to my vehicle but yet they still charged me for the services that didn't fix my vehicle. I took the vehicle to another service location which show that the previous service location didn't fix the problem. Can I have the first auto repair location be responsible for the charges to completely repair my vehicle?

Re: Auto Repair

An attorney demand letter might get you a refund. Otherwise you can sue them, but unless the amount of money is large enough it may not be worth the cost.
