Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

I married a man from Mexico three years ago. After several years and $10,000 we managed to get him a visa to come to the U.S.A. to live with me. Shortly after he arrived he disappeared, so I divorced him. My question today is, what do I need to do to have his visa revoked?

Thank you,

Amanda

Do you mean an immigrant visa (greencard)? If so, there is not much you can do. If he received Conditional Residency, & did not have the condition removed, then he has possibly already lost his legal status in this country anyway.
