Re: car accident

You are under no obligation to provide an open-ended medical authorization, however, you WILL need to provide your medical records related to the accident.

If there is any indication that you previously injured the same area of your body (as you claim is injured now) OR if you had a possible pre-existing condition, you will need to provide more complete records from your past.

If you need more information let me know.

Re: car accident

Sorry to hear about your injury.

You should consult with an attorney

before signing any insurance company

papers. They probably want you to

sign releases that allow them access

to your entire private medical and work history. Any information they obtain can be used against you and for them.

Please consider contacting us for a

free, no obligation consultation. You

can email me at [email protected]

or call our office.
