Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Deleting Time Punches

My manager has a meeting with all the other managers everyweek. He has allowed me to call into the meeting from home. The 2 hours per week were put onto my timecard but then deleted before payroll was completed. He now says I am not to get paid for those hours as I was not at the store for the meeting. Should I get paid for being on a conference call from home considering I am an hourly employee?
