Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I was fired from Comcast Advertising Sales for making to much money in commissions. I was told they wanted thier money back. There was no other reson. Can I sue them? How long do I have to do so?

I would file a complaint with the United States Department of Labor, Wage & Hour Division (free). Good Luck. By the way, they do a great job. Did I say it was free?
