Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

My brother died and squatters are living in house, police said I had to get a lawyer and eviction process. I tried to retreived family members ashes but main adult will not give them to me. I do not know the last name of the person living there with his family, I was told by court employee that it was need to filed eviction notice. Please help, I was told that I didn't know what I was doing and nedded a lawyer.

You should hire a local eviction lawyer. Eviction is highly technical and their fees are well worth it.
