Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

I don't know if i have a case but i need help. I am being harassed by the co owner of my trailer court. I can not move but he is trying to find a way to get me out. Things he has done thus far

Took a working stove from my porch after he was told that it was going to be sold later that day

Told others who are not on my lease about wanting to evict me for violations that were not yet told to myself

Placed his head in my window to summon me outside

Looked in my daughters window early in the morning

Curses at my family and children

Openly ignored my verbal complaints of him dumping in the woods behind my home and the question of sewage smell coming from my toilet

Made lewd and suggestive propositions

Forced my ex husband to sign my lease because we were still married (although he did not live on the premises or own the trailer)

Created his own violations that were not in the rule book or stated on my lease

Did not give me a rule book

Gave me an alias when asked his name.

Stated he will not renew my lease based solely on his opinions of me.

Sexually harassed me. Offered to cut my grass and we would work out another way to pay him back.

Drives by stopping in front of my home nightly.

Walks around my property looking at everything inside and out

Comes to my home intoxicate (I have called the police on him)

Call the police and move? There may be a legal clinic nearby where you are that can help; at the very least perhaps write a letter. There are too many things wrong with the situation and an attorney would want to look at any and all of the paperwork you have to see what your rights and responsibilities are legally.

The response given is not intended to create, nor does it create an ongoing duty to respond to questions. The response does not form an attorney-client relationship, nor is it intended to be anything other than the educated opinion of the author. It should not be relied upon as legal advice. The response given is based upon the limited facts provided by the person asking the question. To the extent additional or different facts exist, the response might possibly change. Attorney is currently licensed to practice law actively only in the State of Illinois, inactively in Florida. Responses are based solely on Illinois law unless stated otherwise
