Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I had a court date to evict a tenant. Their attorney showed up but I missed it. The tenant told me her attorney told her that she had one month to move out. The online status said Strike from the Call Allowed. Wondering how I find out what happened without relying on the word of my tenant? Its in Chicago, Cook County.
