Parking space listed on rental agreement not available and landlord won't do anything

I would send your landlord a certified letter detailing that you signed a lease agreement which is a binding contract, and it included a parking space that is not available to you.

You most likely have grounds to "break" your lease once you have given notice to the landlord by the certified letter and they do not remedy the situation.

You better believe that if you didn't pay rent or did something that your landlord would use that signed lease agreement against you!
