Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Illinois

The supervisor is disregarding the boards decisions on all motions. The attorney she hire told the board the decisions are hers

Sorry I can't understand your question. Please restate it with a bit more information. That being said, an attorney can not make decisions that are the client's to make. All the attorney can do is announce the client's decision. There are, however, some decisions attorneys have to make, so without knowing the kind of decision, this answer could change.
