Generally speaking, I believe the statute of limitations is four years for a federal discrimination case. However, a service member may have the ability to request a records change with the Discharge Review Board. If not successful with the DRB, a former service member may be able to appeal with the Board of Correction for Military Records. However, the record change may be barred due to statue of limitations.
