Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

82 year old woman signed quit claim deed over 2 years ago and doesn't remember signing it. Is there any way to get out of this? Hasn't been recorded at courthouse yet.

Perhaps. Two possibilities are if she was not competent or if the deed was not delivered to the grantee. There may be others, but in any event, a consultation with a real estate attorney in your area is in order.
