i am 35 years old and my mom was living with her boyfriend paying bills and rent and she just died on may 28,10 and her boyfriend is keeping me and my brother from her stuff. does he have the right or am i allowed into the house and get her stuff?

If the premises are owned by the ex boy friend or rented by him, you will need to open an estate and obtain an order.
