No. The lease gives you the right to be on the property.

Well, technically, you could be arrested, but it is unlikely you could be convicted if you have a valid lease for the premises in question. I am sure there is more to this story, but if you have a valid lease, the state's attorney will probably just dismiss the charges. You should contact an attorney to go over all of the relevant facts and documents.
