Re: Buying a home from my brother

You have to have a signed real estate sale contract to start. Illinois law requires a signed contract. Then you should hire an attorney to do the work. If you are in Cook County, or any of the surrounding counties, please call us. We can help you with the paperwork, order title insurance, help you get a mortgage and homeowner's insurance, and close on the property. Please call us today. You will be making a very large investment. You need the services of an attorney. You will not be able to produce the paperwork involved for a proper closing. All the paperwork is required by law.
