I have a deed in my name only from a house sign in my mother's name from a boyfriend, we change the deed in my name last year but now the boyfriends children want 1/3 money from the house can they sue for the house when the deed is in my name?

They can sue, but whether they will win is different. The rest of the information you have given is unclear. How did your mother get the house from the boyfriend? How did you get your name on the deed? Was it in a will from either your mother or the boyfriend?
