if i have entered into a consent foreclosure agreement with the plaintiff and returned the notarized signed stipulation agreement once the plaintiff files the agreement do i still have to file an appearence and show up in court or is my signing the agreement maen i dont have to appear

No, because what happen if you don't appear is that you have a default judgement entered against you - this is the same as what you consented to.
