Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I hired a property manager to rent my house. She suggested a higher rent amount than I was going to ask. I told her to let me know if it needed to be lowered but she did not. I had to call her about it. A water pipe froze and burst. I am not sure how long the water was leaking but every room in the home had water damage. Can I sue her for the cost to lean, dry, and repair the home?
