judgement question

i had a judgement from my old home HOA dues they filed to have me pay 4000 after the house was foreclosed on the house is now sold how can i get this taking off my record?

I've researched your question a bit and I believe you do owe the judgment amount (if I understand your question correctly). It would appear that their judgment is the same as any other that you would have on your record. The only relief might be an offset for the amount that the purchaser (other than the bank) at the judicial auction or subsequent bank sale to an individual may've paid (up to six months' worth). That's as much as I can tell you without further information.
