Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I live in Chicago. I signed a lease on July 27. These lease begins august 1. I decided July 28 that I don't want it. I paid 300 move in fer and 700 august rent. Can I get my money back?

Without more information that could possibly invalidate the lease (such as there was some kind of fraud involved, or you were underage at the time you signed up) --- NO.

Barring some undisclosed situation would would make the lease unenforceable, not only can you not get your money back, but you may be liable for rent payments until the landlord is able to lease the property to someone else.
