Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Obtaining a legal leasing contract & credit report

I am in the process of leasing out my townhome for a 1 year lease. How can I obtain a legal contract or can I create my own? How may I obtain a credit report?

you and execute it with his/her supervision to make

sure that you are legally protected to the fullest extent possible.
