Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

What can I do about other peoples trees falling into my yard and damaging my fence. This happens every year and they except me to clean it up some years its quite a job there are alot of trees around us. Thank you for youe help.

If the trees are falling into your yard, it is their responsibility and you can look to them for compensation concerning any cost of removal.
