Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Can my x-girlfriend move out my belongings that she agreed to store for me until I can move them to a storage facility? She knows that I can't have them moved now and she wants them out tomorrow.

Can she legally do this?

Sure, unless you had an agreement that you could store the items for a set amount of time, and you paid for storage.
