Is it legal to secrectly record video of someone to prove sexual harassment in the work place with out the sublects knowledge?

It may be a violation of state law to do so, but if your employer found out, it is not likely that you would be prosecuted for doing so. You should contact me upon immediate receipt of this e-mail to discuss your case. We routinely handle eggregious sexual harassment cases.
