Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
state of illinois here. my daughter was turning left the light turned yellow she continued to turn left to clear the intersection. another driver speed up to avoid the red light distance one was able to know they should stop but no the other driver speed up and ran the red light. illinois law on yellow light stops please. btw we got the ticket for failure to yeild turning left
