What can i do if brother duped dad into signing a trust unknowingly, and now refuses to give any details to dad who doesn't have any copies of the paperwork. How can you find a name of a trust that might exist?

This could be a case of elder financial abuse. You didn't say if your father was still able to direct his own affrairs. You need to see an attorney and provide a full history. If your father is fully competent then he needs to initiate action.

Trusts are not public record. There are various ways to find the name of the trust. If your father owns his own home then check to see how it is titled with the recorder of deeds. People who have trusts almost always deed their home to the trust.
