Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

My brother is the oldest and has a court order to over-see my dad's estate not his wife. He didn't show up for the citation to recover assess in court yesterday, but his wife did. He and his wife visited my father only twice a year in the past 3 years. His wife lied under oath and said they came every 3 weeks, the judge and attorney were aware of the lie and did nothing. What can I do? How can I get her held in contempt?
