Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

my dad passed away and had a will back in 1993 and is out of date. but we had a new will made but he was unable to sign it. I need to know what i have to do regarding his home, banking accounts, car loans/titles.

The unsigned will has no validity. The 1992 will controls no matter how old it is. More information is needed to determine whether the assets are controlled by the will or by some other device such as beneficiary designation or joint tenancy.
