Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

I entrusted a deal through a so called property management who stole my house after paying off my brother and aunt they got me to sign off on a quick claim deed to hold my house until I supposedly got my credit up to apply for a loan now they are asking 235,000 for me to receive title back even though I only borrowed 120,000 my brother sold his half then my aunt got bought out and I was landlord so they claimed until I paid back the loan now they have a lawyer and wants to throw me out of the house and get me slander of title I am not sure what all this means but I have a newborn and two other kids I am so mad and upset I dont know what to do but I had legal rights cause I was willed the house by my grandma please help me as to what to do please I have no money and no where to go
