Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

what kind of attorney do I need?

I have 2 immediate issues to consider hiring an attorney:

1. the interesting neighbor who i want him totally out of my property with his petty behavior.

2. I need to set up a will and a trust.

What kind of lawyers do I need? Do I hire one or 2 different lawyers for my current issues?

Thanks

Re: what kind of attorney do I need?

Please be more specific regarding your first issue. The second issue is easy. You need an estate planning attorney. Please call for further discussion on a living trust with a pour over will.

Re: what kind of attorney do I need?

1. Well it's hard to tell exactly ehat the legal issue is. Is his property encroaching onto yours? Is he acting as a nuisance? You might need a real estate attorney, or you may not need one at all.

2. An attorney that concentrates in estate planning.

Most likely 2 different attorneys.
