Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

If you lost the name and contact information for the attorney and law firm in Chicago holding your client trust account what can you do to get the attention of the attorney or law firm so that they can be aware of the situation. And they are also receiving information from the U.S. government because they are managing the businesses you own, is there anyway company that would send out emails to law firms or attorneys or can you put anything in a paper, there has to be something you can do if the iardc isn't returning your phone call.

If the law firm has some involvement with the management of a business, there is a good chance that the law firm is the registered agent with the State of Illinois (or whatever State that the business is primarily located in). You can learn who the registered agent is (for Illinois businesses) here: http://www.ilsos.gov/corporatellc/

If the law firm is not the registered agent, this may still allow you to track down the firm if you contact whoever is the registered agent.
