Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Protesting a Will

My father is dying. There are four siblings, however, according to the will, everything is being left to only one child. Is there a way to protest this? My father is worth a lot of money.

Re: Protesting a Will

There is a way to protest this after your father dies, but you would also need a justification. Simply disliking the terms of the Will is not a grounds for contest. Contact a probate attorney to discuss the appropriate potential grounds for a Will contest.
