A trust fund that was set up for me and my sister was never payed to us by the Trustee-our father, do we still have a Chance to get our Money from him?He is living in the USA and we are in Germany

It is theoretically possible, but as a practical matter the cost of litigation needs to be weighed against the value to be gained: If your father wrongfully spent the money and doesn't have any substantial resources, what will you gain? If he has assets, maybe it's worth exploring with an attorney.

I agree with Attorney Prihoda's answer. If there is enough at issue and your father has assets, then it may be worth pursuing.

I am a little confused by the zip code appearing with the post.
